We made our own organic post-ride shake. The first one is already so good that we want to share the prototype version with you.

We have two shake sizes as a recommendation:
Ready-made shake (250ml) = 23g protein / 33g carbs
Ready-made shake (350ml) = 32g protein / 45g carbs
(with oat-milk)

Mix your shake with a good smooth cold oat milk. For a creamy and fluffy consistency, we mix our shakes with a hand blender.
